BAKAY TEKSTİL

We have a pattern-making and design room, and since 2015, we have been running our own factory in Mardin. We do CMT work for some customers that supply every type of trimming, including clothing. We mostly specialize in shirts and top wear. We also design the product for some customers and sell it to them. We supply all the necessary trimmings in this way. We use the Gerber Cad System in the design and cutting sections. A list of all the trimmings could be checked before the pre-production stage by the planning room. We do two pre-production samples, one small and one in one of the larger sizes, before starting bulk production. If there is no problem with the measurements, production could start. There is a measurement and quality control system at the middle and at the end of the band. There is a final measurement and quality control system after pressing, and then it goes to the packaging sections. We are currently producing for Zara, U.S. Polo, and Pierre Cardin. We have also been audited by Next Turkiye and Zara audit has been conducted and relevant a certificates have been obtained.
